Maizuru Nature and Cultural Park's Camellia's are in bloom. This spacious park has a variety of gardens, one of which is a 30,000 tree grove of camellias. There are 1,500 variegations and colors to view. Breathe in the crisp mountain air, take in the sight of the distant mountains or walk through the park, part of which overlooks the sea in the distance.
This camellia blooming showcase runs from March 19 to April 12.
Admission is 500 yen for adults and 250 yen for children.
Hours are from 9 to 5.
