Takano beach in Tango town is a small, secluded beach. There is a breakwater on the beach adjacent to Takano Port where you can see Cape Inugamisaki and you can also go fishing. There is a sightseeing boat that leaves from the harbor here offering amazing views of the volcanic shoreline and Blue Grotto (only accessible from the water).
