The small boat landing for those wanting to cross Amanohashidate is very close to the entrance of Shinpuro. For visitors coming to the area without a car, you can get to the area by JR train and get off at Amanohashidate Station. From there walk two minutes to the boat landing and take the sightseeing boat to the far side of Amanohashidate's beautiful land bridge. That's where Shinpuro is located. Its a great place to see how the view of Amanohashidate changes throughout the day, and there is also natural hot springs on site which has alkaline properties good for the skin.
